Ergonomically designed, curved and lozenged, with many thinner options not previously available.  The Neue Schule Salox is an unique composition been a warmer softer metal with a high copper content and excellent thermal conductivities combined with the Neue Schule additive maximizing oxidation.  This promotes salivation, mouthing, acceptance and communication.

There are many more sizes that are available in the Collection with numerous designs starting from 4" to 6.5" in .25" increments and some limited designs available from 3.5" to 7".

The Starter Bit

This is a brilliant mouthpiece for the oversensitive mouth or starting babies.  It has been designed specifically to encourage and establish the contact.  It is a gentle mouthpiece designed for comfort encouraging the horse to stretch the topline and seek forward and down into a soft consistent contact.  The shape of the mouthpiece is such so as to encompass the tongue, remain stable in the mouth and greatly assist with the rein aid for turning.  It also gives much greater control over the shoulders which is extremely beneficial when trying to straighten up those wobbly lines.

This bit gives amazing tongue relief.  It does not squeeze the sensitive outer edges of the tongue down onto the teeth.  Babies are very often overactive in the mouth due to teething so we want to avoid any discomfort that may lead to tongue evasions. $95.00

Tranz Angled lozenge Eggbutt Bradoon

The eggbutt is fixed and so more stable in the mouth encouraging the horse that lacks confidence to seek the contact.  The angled lozenge is very comfotable and usually promotes a higher level of responsiveness by gently utilizing the centre of the tongue

Fixed Mouth Weymouth

The fixed mouth allows a direct, definitive aid.  Used correctly this will help the rider to achieve an advanced outline where more thoroughness is required in order to perform the advanced dressage movements.  Also very popular in the showring.  The longer the shank the more emphasized the leverage and curb action

Tranz Angled Lozenge Beval Ring

The Beval ring gives an action between a loose ring and the universal or gag.  Will promote outine and gives gentle control.  Depending where the rein is attached the bit can give mild poll action or work like a gag.

Available in a 10mm mouth piece and 55mm rings or a 14mm mouth piece and 70mm rings $110.00

Tranz Angled Lozenge Universal

Any extension above the mouth piece will cause poll pressure and any extention below the mouth piece will give leverage.  The combination of the two gives a gag action.  The action of the universal is not extreme and most horses will respond to this and a curb strap may be used with this bit as well.

Intermediere/Schooling Bit

This mouthpiece is designed specifically to give tongue relief and promote a correct outline (discourages leaning).  It is very cleverly shaped to give tongue relief but be kind over the bars.  It does not cause any pressure between the cheeks and the teeth as there is  no closure.  Unlike the mullen mouth, horses are usually very responsive in this, and the eggbutt type handlebar finish is brilliant for the oversensitive mouth that are prone to rubbing in general.  Used as a training bit to solve long term evasions problems or to save the tongue.  $120.00
